What are the shipping times for your products?

We usually take 1-2 days to fulfill your order and 5 to 8 days more or less to ship it to your home.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, absolutely. We deliver every where in the world.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in London, United Kingdom. Our international warehouses are located in Dubai and China.

Do you provide product tracking information?

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are fulfilled separately according to your order. If your order contains for example items from two different warehouses, there will be therefore two deliveries. The rest of the order will arrive very soon.

I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear this. Send us simply a picture of the damaged item at this mail adress: contact@nextgeneyewear.com and we will send you as soon as possible a new item.

I still haven't received my order yet. What is taking so long?

We apologise for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can trace your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to solve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items.
